Tri-Plate Cutter Deck - Top of deck at spindle area is constructed of three steel plates totaling nearly 1/2" of steel. 10-gauge deck top is reinforced at the spindle area with a 7-gauge plate on top and an 11-gauge plate underneath. Deck skirt is 7-gauge steel. The Tri-Plate deck floats and is equipped with anti-scalp rollers. Replaceable trim-side wear pad protects deck and landscaping. Design allows for more productive cutting due to optimized airflow and baffling that stands the grass up before it is cut.
